When you are ready to move forward, we will confirm your event date and I will send over a booking proposal. Once it is signed and the retainer is submitted, we will begin preparing for your event with a clear plan.
We will review your run of show, key moments, speakers, and priorities so nothing important is missed. I understand the natural flow of conferences, retreats, and corporate events, which allows me to anticipate transitions and capture the moments that matter most without interrupting the experience.
On the day of your event, I arrive prepared and aligned with your schedule. I move through the space capturing key moments, natural interactions, and important details as they unfold. My goal is to document the experience while allowing your team and guests to remain present and engaged.

After the event, I review and edit your gallery so the final images are ready to use. Event coverage is delivered within three business days, giving you timely content for follow up and promotion. If you included on site headshots, those are delivered instantly at the event, providing immediate value to your attendees.
