When you're ready to move forward, we'll confirm your session date and I'll send you a booking proposal. Once it is signed and the deposit submitted, we will begin the planning for your office shoot with clear direction and preparation.

2. Schedule Your session

Planning is clear and intentional. We will discuss wardrobe, on site locations, and your overall brand strategy to present a cohesive, polished team. Each detail is considered carefully so the final images support how your business shows up.

During your team session, I guide each person with thoughtful direction and dedicated time in front of the camera so they feel confident and at ease. We create cohesive headshots and brand images that reflect your team’s professionalism and presence.

Book Your Session

After our time together, each individual receives a private proofing gallery to select the headshot that represents them at their best. The brand images will be edited and sent along with the chosen headshots within 14 business days. You'll now have a library of photos ready to market your company!

The session fee covers time and travel to your location. We can take environmental headshots or use a gray or white backdrop for variety.

Questions About Your Team's Photography Session?

Preparation is simple and supported. I provide clear guidance on wardrobe coordination, color palettes, and overall visual direction for your team. You do not have to manage the details alone. I help you think through the look, the space, and the flow of the day so everyone arrives feeling prepared, confident, and ready. Also, make sure that all of your team has enough notice to prepare in case they want hair or nails done.

For an on site session, I typically need a clear 10 by 10 foot area to set up lighting and a backdrop. A conference room, open office space, or unused corner often works well. We can also use a lobby or pretty hallway if we want an environmental background. I will assess the space ahead of time and guide you on any small adjustments so the setup does not disrupt your workday.

For headshots, I typically schedule 8 to 10 minutes per person. This allows enough time for thoughtful direction and small adjustments while keeping the day efficient. If we are including individual brand images, I plan for about 15 minutes per person so we can create a few intentional, versatile images that go beyond the standard headshot and reflect their role within the team.

Growing teams are a natural part of business, and we plan for that. Many companies choose to schedule quarterly or annual shoot days so new hires can be photographed in the same style and lighting, keeping your brand presence consistent as you grow. If you only require headshots, we can plan to use the white or gray background for consistency allowing you to send new hires to my studio on a needed basis.
