Let’s connect. In a brief call or by email, we'll discuss your role and goals. We will clarify how you want to be perceived and outline a focused headshot session that reflects credibility, approachability, and leadership.

When you're ready to move forward, we'll confirm your session date and I'll send you a booking proposal. Once it is signed and the deposit submitted, we will begin planning your shoot with clear direction and preparation.
2. Schedule Your session
The planning is strategic and focused. We'll discuss wardrobe, location, and overall vision. Every element is chosen with intention so your headshots support how the images will be used and how you want to be perceived.
3. PLan it out
During your headshot session, I will guide you so you feel steady and confident in front of the camera. The goal is presence, not performance. With thoughtful direction and attention to detail, we will create headshots that reflect your professionalism authentically.

The Final Step
After your session, I'll upload your proofs within 48 hours. From there, you will select the headshots you would like fully edited. Once your selections are confirmed, your edited images will be delivered within five business days, ready for immediate use.

Most headshot sessions are designed to be efficient and focused, typically lasting between 30 and 45 minutes depending on your needs. The process is streamlined so you can return to your day without disruption, while still receiving a thoughtful and refined result. For Modern Headshot Event sessions, plan on 2 hours to apply makeup, shoot with me, and then choose your edits together.
Wardrobe plays a significant role in how you are perceived. I recommend structured, well fitting pieces in neutral or rich solid tones that reflect your industry and level of leadership. The goal is polished and professional, not trendy. During our planning, we will discuss options so you feel confident in your choices and fully prepared walking into your session
A good rule of thumb is every two to three years, or sooner if you have experienced a meaningful shift in your role, leadership level, or personal brand. Your headshot should reflect how you look today and the level you are currently operating at. Staying current ensures that your first impression matches your growth.
No worries! Most professionals feel this way, even those in leadership roles. You will not be expected to know how to pose. I provide clear direction throughout the session, from posture to expression, so you never feel unsure of what to do. My approach is calm and focused, which allows you to settle in and show up naturally.
